About OSQuay

Built for the Systems
Enterprises Depend On.

Since 2018, OSQuay has helped enterprises decide on, build, modernize, and run the systems that support how they operate. We choose the technology that fits each problem and stay accountable long after go-live.

A Boutique by Choice, Not by Size.

Who We Are

OSQuay started in 2018 with a small group of senior consultants and one idea: enterprises should get the standards of a large firm with the attention of a small one. That is still how we work.

We work on the systems that are hardest to change and most expensive to get wrong: core platforms, the integrations around them, and the applications people use every day. We design and build them, modernize them in governed steps, and keep them running and improving after go-live.

We are technology-pragmatic, not technology-bound. We work across established enterprise platforms such as low-code, .NET, Java, and IBM, and modern stacks such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Rust, and cloud-native architecture. We choose for the problem and for the team that will own the result. AI is part of how we deliver: on our agentic programs, engineers direct and review AI agents and stay accountable for what ships.

Our Mission and Vision.

Why We Exist

Mission

To design, build, and evolve the technology systems enterprises depend on, choosing the right technology for each problem and staying accountable long after go-live.

Vision

To be the partner enterprises call first when a critical system has to change, and the one they keep for everything that comes after.

Four Things Clients Can Hold Us To.

How We Work

01

The right technology for the problem

We recommend what fits the problem, the team that will own it, and the investment behind it. Sometimes that is a new platform. Sometimes it is keeping what you have and fixing how it is run.

02

Go-live is not the finish line

A system is done when people use it and the business sees the result. Every build is planned together with how it will be supported and evolved.

03

The team you meet is the team you get

Senior people stay on the work after the contract is signed. You know who is on your account, and you know before anyone changes.

04

Your systems stay yours

Architecture decisions are yours, and we say so when we disagree. What we learn is documented and handed over, so you never depend on us to understand your own estate.

How We Treat Each Other, and Our Clients.

What We Value

Six values our people chose. They shape how we hire, how we work in teams, and what we expect from each other.

01

Execution

We do what we said, when we said it, and we make it easy to check.

02

Communication

Clear and open, especially when the news is not good.

03

Attitude

Positive, proactive, and generous with what we know.

04

Quality

Built to be run, supported, and changed, not only shipped.

05

Teamwork

Together we are better, and the client is part of the team.

06

Diversity

Inclusion and respect, in every team and every room.
