OSQuay was born to react to the market demand for expert OutSystems Professionals. But we wanted to make a difference: we would offer skilled and proficient OutSystems resources and teams while delivering innovative solutions.

Some very experienced OutSystems consultants and a few junior consultants, were able to engage and set the utmost standards one would normally only find on a large international corporation, from day one. Up to this day, our fabric is made of a wide range of expertise from senior managers to junior people we keep developing and nurturing, in a steep but healthy learning curve.

  • Bernardo Simões

    Bernardo Simões

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Bernardo has been leading OSQuay almost from its inception. In his own words, he believes "OSQuay is a game changer in the market of consulting firms working with the OutSystems Platform. We pride ourselves on our innovative solutions always focused on our customers' needs."

    With over 20 years of experience in IT, management consulting and project management, Bernardo has led international projects in Financial Services, Real Estate and Telecom. A former OutSystems employee, he holds an MBA from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a Computer Science degree from the Instituto Superior Técnico. He is a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Ever since he joined OSQuay, Rui has already set in place guidelines and infrastructures that make all the projects OSQuay embraces, run smoothly and efficiently. He has been working with OutSystems technology for over 15 years in some of the biggest OutSystems factories worldwide in sectors like insurance and e-procurement.

    As he says, "I always look for the innovative solutions without compromising how quickly we deliver. That makes us happy for doing things in a neat and efficient way, and the customer happy for having exactly what he wanted!" Rui holds a master's degree in Computer Science and Management, is a Certified OutSystems Developer and a Certified ScrumMaster.

    HEAD OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

    Paulo founded OSQuay in the beginning of 2018 aiming to react to the market demand for expert OutSystems Professionals. "We wanted to set ourselves from the competition by offering proficient OutSystems resources and teams while delivering innovative solutions," he explains.

    With over 13 years of experience in the IT Industry, 10 of which with OutSystems Technology, Paulo has worked in several international companies, including in two of the big four, in sectors like airport management, energy, government and banking. Over the years, he has managed teams in several countries, including Portugal, Angola and Australia. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Management, is a Certified OutSystems Developer and a Certified ScrumMaster.

    Tiago Rebelo

    HEAD OF DELIVERY CENTER

    Tiago joined OSQuay in 2022 to lead OSQuay’s Delivery Center in Viseu. “OSQuay’s commitment to delivering best-in-class tailored solutions is what sets it aside from the competitors,” says Tiago. “And, at its core is the ongoing development and nurture of the company’s talent,” he further adds.

    With over 15 years of experience in IT and Project Management, eight of which coordinating OutSystems Projects and Delivery Centers, he brings on board the knowledge and expertise to further grow OSQuay’s delivery teams. Tiago holds a master’s degree in Information Systems and Technologies for Organizations, is a Certified OutSystems Developer, has worked several years with SAP Systems, and has been teaching Computer Engineering and Technologies Courses at Polytechnic Institute of Viseu.
