Who We Are
OSQuay started in 2018 with a small group of experienced consultants who wanted to bring the standards of a large firm to every client, from day one. Today we are 60+ people. Most of our consultants are senior, and the ones who are not are learning next to those who are. The leaders below are not a layer above the delivery. You will meet them on your project.

Bernardo Simões

Bernardo Simões
Bernardo has led OSQuay almost since its start. He has nearly 30 years in IT, management consulting, and project management, leading major international programs in financial services, real estate, and telecommunications. He holds an MBA from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, a Computer Science degree from Instituto Superior Técnico, and is a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Rui Félix
Rui has more than 20 years of technology leadership, modernizing enterprise systems and scaling delivery in insurance, finance, and healthcare. He connects complex technology with executive goals and makes sure innovation turns into practical, scalable results. He is an international speaker and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Paulo Reis

Paulo Reis
Paulo founded OSQuay in 2018. He has more than 20 years in IT, including two Big Four firms, across insurance, airport management, energy, government, and banking, and has led teams in Portugal, Angola, and Australia. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Management and is a Certified OutSystems Developer and Certified ScrumMaster.

Tiago Rebelo

Tiago Rebelo
Tiago joined in 2022 to lead the Viseu Delivery Center. He has more than 15 years in IT and project management, including delivery center leadership and SAP systems, and teaches computer engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu. He holds a master’s degree in Information Systems and Technologies for Organizations.

Paulo has more than 35 years in technology, business transformation, and international markets, leading information systems programs across Europe and Africa in financial services, transportation, logistics, and enterprise operations. Before OSQuay he was a Partner at askblue. He holds a postgraduate degree in Applied Management from Nova SBE.

Claudia Macedo
Claudia leads Marketing at OSQuay, shaping how its services are positioned and explained, from the website and campaigns to events and sales materials. She began her career as a software engineer at Safira, building systems for banking and insurance. She joined OutSystems in its early stages, covering marketing, pre-sales, and partner support, and later built the marketing function of Tripleplay Services in London from the ground up. She holds a Computer Science degree from Instituto Superior Técnico.

Alan Haefele
Alan has more than 25 years in software consulting, solution architecture, and digital delivery. He founded and led Haefele Software, now part of iLink Digital, and has advised Tesco since 2002 on large-scale programs. Based in the UK, he holds a Computer Science and Business Strategy degree from the University of Cape Town.
