We are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Lead to join our world-class OutSystems development team.

The right candidate will play a key role in working with their development team to deploy solutions for customers worldwide. The position requires a mix of skills, from technical leadership to hands-on programming, as well as understanding the customer's needs.

Main responsabilities

• Meticulously deliver (design, develop, implement, test, maintain, and document) (complex) applications or otherwise software development.

• Ensure development tasks are delivered on time.

• Ensure developments follow instructions and best practices.

• Deliver smart and bug-free logic, test deliveries and report anomalies found.

• Analyze solutions and infrastructures to advise clients on how to solve functional or technical problems they may face.

• Ensure proper architectural structures on applications, changes, and related databases.

Requirements

• A bachelor or university degree in IT development.

• At least 4 years of working experience as an OutSystems developer.

• At least 2 years of working experience as Technical Lead.

• You have proper analytical skills.

• You are flexible, independent, innovative, proactive, and show initiative and great responsibility towards your team and tasks.

• You are focused on results and decisive when situations request decision-making skills.

• You are fluent in English, both in reading and writing.

• You have above-average communication and social skills.

The right candidate will play a key role in delivering top-notch applications for customers worldwide. The position requires a mix of skills, from technical expertise to hands-on programming, as well as understanding the customer's needs and working alongside the customer to assist on their projects on a day-to-day basis.

Main responsibilities

• Meticulously deliver (design, develop, implement, test, maintain, and document) (complex) applications or otherwise software development.

• Ensure development tasks are delivered on time.

• Ensure developments follow instructions and best practices.

• Deliver smart and bug-free logic, test deliveries, and report anomalies found.

• Assist clients with software implementations, provide training, write manuals, or otherwise assist end or key users.

• Correct and handle incidents related to developed applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• At least 4 years of working experience as an OutSystems developer.
