Main responsibilities
Provide hands-on, on-site technical support for workplace hardware, including laptops, desktops, industrial printers, and peripherals
Manage user accounts and network protocols, administering Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Perform basic network troubleshooting, supporting switching infrastructure, cable patching, and connectivity issues
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through enterprise ticketing systems
Maintain local hardware stock, performing equipment setups, hardware upgrades, and component replacements
Requirements
Proven experience in IT Support, Field Service, or Desktop Support (experience in an industrial or factory setting is a plus!)
Solid technical foundations in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking (switching, patching, network troubleshooting)
Hands-on hardware skills for diagnosing and replacing laptop, desktop, and printer hardware components

Advanced level of English (mandatory for technical documentation and communication)
Work Model & Schedule: 100% On-site in Vila do Conde, with availability for rotating shifts (07h–16h / 09h–18h / 14h–22h) and 1 weekend day per month (08h–20h)
