We are looking for an On-Site IT Support Technician to join the team in an industrial facility located in Vila do Conde.

In this role, you will be the hands-on technical point of contact on the factory floor, ensuring hardware, local networks, and user systems run flawlessly to keep plant operations moving smoothly!

Main responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, on-site technical support for workplace hardware, including laptops, desktops, industrial printers, and peripherals

• Manage user accounts and network protocols, administering Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP

• Perform basic network troubleshooting, supporting switching infrastructure, cable patching, and connectivity issues

• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through enterprise ticketing systems

• Maintain local hardware stock, performing equipment setups, hardware upgrades, and component replacements

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Support, Field Service, or Desktop Support (experience in an industrial or factory setting is a plus!)

• Solid technical foundations in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking (switching, patching, network troubleshooting)

• Hands-on hardware skills for diagnosing and replacing laptop, desktop, and printer hardware components

• Experience with enterprise ticketing tools (ServiceNow is highly valued)

• Advanced level of English (mandatory for technical documentation and communication)

• Work Model & Schedule: 100% On-site in Vila do Conde, with availability for rotating shifts (07h–16h / 09h–18h / 14h–22h) and 1 weekend day per month (08h–20h)
